RFQ - Active Mobility Plan

The City of Overland Park, Kansas is seeking a qualified consulting firm to develop a comprehensive Active Mobility Plan that integrates walking, biking, and green‑way networks into the city’s transportation system. The scope includes project management, community engagement, data analysis of existing conditions, scenario‑based future network concepts, design guidelines, a prioritized list of capital projects, and an implementation & funding strategy. The budget ceiling for the entire effort is $725,000, with the consultant’s fee to be negotiated after selection.
