Petroleum Storage Tank Testing and Inspection Services

Sarasota County is seeking a contractor to provide testing, retesting, and inspection services for County-owned storage tank systems containing petroleum products. The contractor will be required to perform annual and three-year testing and retesting services, including reporting, and provide visual inspection services on an as-needed basis. The contractor must have experience providing testing and inspection services for petroleum products storage tanks and must be a Certified Pollutant Storage Systems Contractor. The contract term is expected to be three years, and the County may elect to cancel the solicitation and re-solicit using another procurement method if no responsive and responsible quotes are received. Key requirements include: * Providing testing, retesting, and inspection services for storage tank systems * Performing annual and three-year testing and retesting services * Providing visual inspection services on an as-needed basis * Having experience providing testing and inspection services for petroleum products storage tanks * Being a Certified Pollutant Storage Systems Contractor * Complying with all federal, state, and local regulations * Maintaining insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and pollution liability
