272031 MA 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline Network

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) is seeking a local contact center to deliver 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline services across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing these services starting July 1, 2026. The contract is expected to last for 5 years, until June 30, 2031. • The vendor will be required to provide 988 Lifeline services, which includes answering calls, chats, and texts from individuals in crisis. • The vendor must have experience in providing crisis services and must be able to demonstrate their ability to handle a high volume of calls, chats, and texts. • The vendor will be required to provide monthly reports and performance metrics to the DPH. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to confidentiality and data security.
