Description
The Long Beach Public Utilities Department is requesting quotations for portable disposable restroom bags, including urinal bags and solid and liquid waste bags. The contract will be for a term of two years, and the awarded contractor will be required to deliver products within five business days of the order being placed. The department reserves the right to reject all quotes and to waive any minor irregularity or informality in any quote.
• The contractor shall provide pricing for the items listed, including unit prices and percentage discounts.
• The contractor shall deliver products to the designated locations, including the Water Warehouse and Gas Warehouse.
• The contractor shall maintain adequate stock for timely deliveries and shall be available during normal business hours.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
