Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking to purchase 9,000 rounds of frangible 5.56 or .223 equivalent (45 through 55 grain) ammunition for the qualification and training of individual Police Officers assigned to the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC). The ammunition should be brand new and not refurbished. The delivery location is DLA Columbus Security and Emergency Services, 3990 E Broad St (Bldg 58), Columbus, OH 43213. The offeror must submit their quote by February 18, 2026, 3:00 PM (local time). The contract will be awarded to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Some key points to consider:
• The contractor must deliver the ammunition to the specified location.
• The contractor must comply with all instructions contained in the RFQ.
• The contractor must submit their quote via email to the Contracting Officer.
• The contractor must provide a signed 1449, completed pricing documents, and acknowledgement of any solicitation amendments.
• The contractor must establish procedures to control and account for Government-issued contractor Common Access Cards (CACs) at all times.
