Description
The United States Space Force is seeking to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for non-personal commercial lodging accommodations within a ten (10) mile radius of Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), Colorado. The BPAs will have a period of performance of up to five years, with a minimum order value of $1.00 and a maximum ceiling of $500,000.00. Contractors must submit a capability statement showing their aptitude to meet all requirements defined in the solicitation. The capability statement should include the contractor's name, physical address, point of contact, verification of SAM registration, and a statement showing how the contractor can meet all requirements of the solicitation.
• The solicitation is set-aside for Small Businesses (SB) only.
• The NAICS code for this procurement is 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels.
• The Product Service Code (PSC) is V231, Lodging, Hotel/Motel.
• The SB size standard is $32.5M.
• Awarded BPAs will be made to responsible offerors who provide a capability statement documenting that they can successfully meet all of the requirements.
• Quality surveillance inspections are required to make sure lodging facilities meet Government standards for military personnel.
