Description
The State of Missouri is seeking leased office space in Camdenton, Missouri, to accommodate the Department of Social Services, Family Support and Children’s Divisions; Department of Public Safety, Missouri State Highway Patrol Driver’s Examination; and Department of Health and Senior Services. The leased space should be between 9,000 and 10,000 net rentable square feet and be located within the city limits of Camdenton.
• The space should have private offices, open offices, and cubicles.
• The space should have a reception area, interview rooms, conference rooms, and storage rooms.
• The space should be accessible and have parking for employees and clients.
• The space should have a separate employee entrance and a covered entry for employees.
• The space should have power-assisted doors and transparent mirrors for observation.
• The space should have sound-deadening material in the testing room.
• The space should have a raised platform and counter for clerical and examination staff.
• The space should have a motorcycle testing pad.
The successful bidder will be required to provide a firm, fixed annual Base Bid rental rate that remains constant throughout the life of the Lease. The Lease will be for a term of one year with four one-year renewal options.
