Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to provide a brief response to this sources sought notice for the provision, installation, and integration of Personal Identity Verification (PIV) readers at the Denver Federal Center in Colorado. The vendor must be able to provide documentation from Gallagher Security to verify authorized distributor status. The scope of work includes purchasing and installing three Gallagher T21 readers, connecting/integrating card readers to the existing Intrusion Detection Systems system, and installing new door contacts, rexes, electrified door hardware, and readers.
• The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, shipping, transportation, insurances, licenses, certifications, and supervision necessary to provide services.
• The contractor is responsible for all charges and fees related to disposal of materials generated by the contractor.
• The product will be delivered to the Denver Federal Center, Building 53, 6th Ave. and Kipling Ave., Lakewood, CO 80225.
• This is anticipated to be a commercial supply acquisition under the authority of FAR Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items.
