The South Carolina Department of Administration seeks a qualified vendor to provide a five‑year, twice‑annual maintenance and service agreement for a Caterpillar C18 generator located in the McEachern Parking Garage, Columbia. Work must be performed by Caterpillar‑certified technicians using OEM parts and proprietary tools, with all service visits completed before 8:00 AM on designated Monday or Friday mornings. The scope includes full annual inspections, semi‑annual visual inspections, oil and filter changes, load‑bank testing in specific years, and additional turbo‑charger, thermostat, and battery work in year three.
