RFP - HVAC Filters

Warren Consolidated Schools is seeking a vendor to provide HVAC filters for their district. The contract will be for one year, with the option to extend for three more years. The vendor will be required to deliver filters three times per year to each building. The evaluation criteria will include compliance with bid specifications, pricing, service, and quality of product bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish compensation insurance and provide an account representative who has been certified by the National Air Filtration Association (NAFA) as a Certified Air Filtration Specialist (CAFS).
