The United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) is conducting market research for the design, procurement, removal, modification, installation, and commissioning of a new, stadium‑size LED scoreboard at Tomb Field, Kings Point, NY. The effort includes a full suite of associated systems—control, scoring/timing, audio, and instant‑replay—plus demolition of the existing unit, structural modifications, testing, commissioning, and training. Respondents must submit a capability statement and complete a questionnaire by the stated deadline.
• Turn‑key delivery of a ~60 ft × 30 ft LED video board with required brightness, pixel pitch, redundancy, and weather‑proofing.
• Integration of scoring/timing console, broadcast‑grade audio system, and an instant‑replay production studio.
• Full demolition, structural modifications, electrical work per NEC, testing, commissioning, warranty support and training for USMMA staff.
