Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

Based on typical asbestos remediation contracts for facilities of similar size in the Pacific Northwest, the total contract value is likely to fall between $200,000 and $500,000. Factors influencing this range include the square‑footage of asbestos‑containing material, the complexity of removal (e.g., confined spaces, utility shutdowns), disposal fees, required safety certifications, and prevailing‑wage labor rates. Since the solicitation does not disclose an estimated value, this ball‑park estimate reflects market benchmarks for comparable projects.
