The County of Riverside is soliciting expedited quotations for Cortex XSOAR Renewal. The contract is for a one-year term, from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026. Bidders are required to completely fill out Exhibit "A" with pricing and provide a formal quote on business letterhead with pricing. The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to waive any discrepancy or technicality, and to split or make the award in any manner determined to be most advantageous to the County. Key considerations include lowest overall purchase price, adherence to specifications, prompt payment discounts, warranties, delivery costs, delivery date, and product acceptability.
• The contract includes two items: Cortex XSOAR Premium Success and Cortex XSOAR.

• The County has implemented a Procurement Preference Program, which provides a 5% preference for local or small businesses.
