The City of Annapolis is seeking proposals for transportation services, specifically a shared micromobility program. The program aims to provide new public transportation options for citizens of and visitors to Annapolis. The scope of work includes providing a shared micromobility service. Interested parties are invited to attend a virtual pre-proposal meeting on Friday, March 13, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award multiple contracts. • The proposal should include a qualifications/technical proposal and a price proposal. • The City may conduct discussions or interviews with proposers who submit proposals determined to be reasonably susceptible of being selected for award. • The City may reject any proposal that does not provide all required information. • The proposal should be submitted electronically or in hard copy to the Central Purchasing Office. • Late submissions will not be accepted. • The City may waive minor differences between a proposal and the specifications if they do not violate the specifications' intent or materially affect the operation. • The proposer should have extensive experience in fulfilling micro transportation programs. • A surety performance bond will be required.
