Description
The North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission is seeking bids for the purchase of three 2026 Sea Ark Shadow boats with outboard motors and trailers. The boats will be used by field officers in Districts 3 and 4 for law enforcement and maritime security purposes. The successful bidder will be required to provide a minimum 5-year structural hull warranty for commercial use, as well as outboard manufacturer and trailer manufacturer warranties. The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the lowest price that meets the specifications.
• The boats must meet specific requirements, including length, beam, bottom thickness, transom height, side height, weight, fuel capacity, and horsepower capacity.
• The boats must have a center console with clear windshield and grab rail, gauges, waterproof power points, and a Garmin ECHOMAP 93SV Combo.
• The boats must have bow storage, automatic bilge pump, Atlas Hydraulic Jack Plate, Sea Deck padded floor mat, and Timber Runner package with LED lights.
• The outboard motors must be Suzuki DF140 HP Four-Stroke Outboards with complete digital rigging and instruments.
• The trailers must be Road King, single axle or tandem axle, with bunk style, stainless fasteners, spare tire, and hub assembly.
