The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide inspection, testing, and maintenance services for Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) at the Dayton VA Medical Center and associated VA facilities. The contractor will perform visual inspections, functional testing, cleaning, lubricating, and mechanical/electrical checks on each ATS unit, document findings, and coordinate any required outage planning with the VA. Work includes testing within four days of installation, adhering to strict outage time limits (max 30 min for final cut‑over) and complying with VA safety, fire‑watch, and documentation requirements. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ with a base year (Sept 15 2026 – Aug 31 2027) and up to four one‑year options, for a potential five‑year contract.
