Description
The USDA is seeking a contractor to provide landscaping services, including mowing, weed eating/trimming, and leaf blowing, for the Marlinton Ranger District Administrative Office, House, and Warehouse sites. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four option years, and a total duration of five years. The contractor must provide labor, material, and equipment to perform the services. The evaluation criteria include technical approach, price, and past performance.
• Ability to meet the delivery requirements listed in the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Detailed explanation of any requirement listed in the SOW that cannot be successfully accomplished by the offeror
• Price evaluation to determine if it is fair and reasonable
• Past performance evaluation to determine if it is acceptable or neutral
