The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to provide full‑service preventive maintenance for all heating, ventilating and air‑conditioning equipment at its Placerville Area Office. The work is a three‑year, quarterly‑maintenance contract covering a defined list of furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, mini‑splits, exhaust fans and other related equipment. Bidders must hold a C‑20 HVAC contractor license, attend a mandatory walk‑through, and submit a lowest‑price bid; the award will go to the responsive, responsible lowest‑priced offer.
• Quarterly preventive maintenance on 19+ pieces of HVAC equipment, with detailed log‑book documentation and on‑site signatures.
• Contract term August 1 2026 – July 31 2029 (3 years) with possible extensions, payment in arrears, and strict insurance and regulatory compliance.
