The State of Maine is seeking quotations for the supply and delivery of 3-Compartment Food Containers and corresponding lids. The containers must be made of food-grade plastic, dishwasher safe, and stain resistant. The lids must be compatible with the containers and also dishwasher safe. The State intends to create a Master Agreement Contract that will allow departments to purchase the contracted items as needed. • Food Tray - 3-Compartment, Reusable, Food-Safe: The food tray must be made of food-grade plastic, have a high heat temperature resistance, be dishwasher safe, and stain resistant. The tray must have three compartments with textured bottoms to prevent scratching and be stackable. • Lid - Compatible with 3-Compartment Food Tray: The lid must be fully compatible with the corresponding 3-compartment food tray, have a secure fit to prevent spillage, be dishwasher safe, and stain resistant. The State reserves the right to add other similar items or commodities to the Master Agreement if it's in the State's best interest.
