The college seeks a vendor to supply a complete, high‑fidelity Truck Driving Simulator (TranSim Series 8) for its Truck Driving Program. The system must include a 3‑DOF motion platform, three 55‑inch HD displays, an ergonomic cockpit with force‑feedback steering and braking, a full‑range transmission, and Windows‑based simulation software that models multiple vehicle configurations and driving environments. Delivery must be FOB destination to Pocahontas, AR, with the equipment ready for immediate use.
• Provide a turnkey TranSim Series 8 system meeting all listed hardware and software specifications.
• Include all required accessories (pedals, seat, safety belt, control interfaces) and ensure compatibility with the college’s existing training facilities.
• Submit a sealed, physical bid by the opening deadline; include required certifications (equal‑opportunity, accessibility, antitrust, etc.) and, if the contract exceeds $20 K, a 5 % bid bond, performance bond, and insurance.
