CarePortal Software Access for DFPS

The Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is seeking a contractor to provide access to the CarePortal proprietary platform. The CarePortal platform allows community partners to address the needs of vulnerable children and families within their community. The contractor will be required to provide access to the platform, prepare written reports, update and maintain the platform, and comply with the DFPS Vendor Uniform Terms and Conditions. The contract will be for an initial term of 5 years, with the option to extend for up to 1 year. The contractor must have 5 years of experience providing this platform and experience working with DFPS. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing access to the CarePortal technology platform • Preparing written reports for DFPS • Updating and maintaining the CarePortal platform • Complying with the DFPS Vendor Uniform Terms and Conditions • Having 5 years of experience providing this platform and experience working with DFPS
