The U.S. Government Publishing Office (on behalf of the U.S. Department of Agriculture) seeks a qualified printer to produce 100 copies of the “Timber Cruising Field Guides – Revision 4, 2026”. Each guide is a 150‑page synthetic‑paper text block with a two‑piece orange‑polyethylene cover, sized 4 × 7¼ in., bound with metal loose‑leaf rings and specific hole spacing. The contractor must provide a single method (offset or digital) that meets Level III quality, supply electronic and physical proofs within tight turnaround windows, and deliver the finished books FOB destination to Payette National Forest in McCall, ID by 22 May 2026. All quotes must be entered via the GPO Publish portal by 3 PM ET on 27 April 2026.
• Produce 100 high‑quality field guides (150 text pages + 2‑piece cover) on synthetic paper or “Rite‑in‑the‑Rain” stock.
• Use either conventional offset or high‑resolution digital printing; split‑production not allowed without prior approval.
