Request for Qualifications for OPM for Home Farm Water Treatment Plant

The Town of Shrewsbury is seeking a qualified Owner's Project Manager (OPM) for the construction of a 6.0 million gallon per day PFAS water treatment plant at the existing Home Farm Water Treatment Plant. The OPM will be responsible for reviewing the time schedule, change orders, and payment requisitions, attending meetings, and providing general advice to the Town. The project is expected to start in late Fall/early Winter 2025 and be completed by June 2027. Applicants must have experience in the construction and supervision of water treatment facilities. • The project includes the construction of a 6.0 million gallon per day PFAS water treatment plant. • The OPM will be responsible for reviewing the time schedule, change orders, and payment requisitions. • The project is expected to start in late Fall/early Winter 2025 and be completed by June 2027. • Applicants must have experience in the construction and supervision of water treatment facilities. • Fees will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
