Budget estimate

$3,000,000 – $15,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and the fact that it is a research facility development project. Considering the project involves designing and constructing solar arrays for three different locations, the cost could be substantial. The estimated completion time is 24 months, and the project is funded by a grant from New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). Assuming an average cost of $1 million to $5 million per location for the solar arrays, the total cost for the project could be in the range of $3 million to $15 million. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual cost could vary depending on various factors such as the size of the solar arrays, the complexity of the project, and the consultant's fees.
