Post-warranty Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services on an AB Sciex Qtrap 5500 system

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking a contractor to provide post-warranty preventive maintenance and repair services for an AB Sciex Qtrap 5500 system. The contractor will be required to provide one scheduled on-site planned preventive maintenance visit per year, unlimited on-site corrective maintenance/repairs, and technical support. The contractor must have the technical understanding, skill, resources, and training to make all repairs and provide preventative maintenance and repair services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. • The contractor must provide OEM-certified replacement parts and follow OEM specifications, manuals, and service bulletins. • The contractor must provide unlimited technical support via phone and email. • The contractor must provide on-site operator training/familiarization during the scheduled on-site preventive maintenance visit. • The contractor must provide service records and reports, including a field service report/ticket and a written report to the FDA COR and Contract Specialist.
