Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking bids for the supply of 30' fiberglass poles. The poles must be 11" to 15" in base circumference and have a 3' x 3' 3-1/2" top. The bidder must be an authorized distributor or manufacturer of the product and must show proof of doing business with a name distributor. The bid must include the unit price, delivery time, and any applicable shipping charges. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest and best bidder, with delivery time factored into the evaluation process.
• The bidder must provide a Material Safety Data Sheet with each applicable item.
• The bidder must comply with all terms and conditions, including the equal opportunity clause.
