The contract term is three years with two one-year extensions. • The contractor must possess and maintain all necessary licenses and permits to operate and transport heavy equipment and specialized vehicles. • The contractor must guarantee item pick-up within a timeframe amenable to the city and schedule pick-up times with the city. • The contractor must provide a marketing strategy for each auction, including digital advertising campaigns, custom landing pages, and social media. • The contractor must notify the city immediately of any delays in auction scheduling or execution and contact the city within 24 hours of the item being sold. • The contractor must provide written policy on lost or stolen items during transportation and take all reasonable precautions to protect property in their custody. • The contractor must submit a clear and detailed payment and fee schedule, including commission rates, transportation fees, and storage costs.
