RFB 2026-055 16” Waterline Replacement Along IH35 – Utilities Department

The City of Laredo is seeking bids for the replacement of a 16" waterline along IH35. The project includes the installation of a new waterline, valves, and other associated work. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining all adjoining streets and traveled routes free from spilled and/or tracked construction materials and/or debris. The project must be completed within the specified timeframe, and the contractor must comply with all applicable regulations and codes.
