Description
The Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking responses from entities interested in providing heat exchanger preventive maintenance services. The work includes performing preventive maintenance on 8 heat exchanger systems, wireless trap monitoring system maintenance, and a steam trap survey. The services are required to ensure the efficient operation of the heat exchanger systems, which provide domestic hot water and non-potable hot water heating for the medical center. The contractor will be responsible for providing all resources, including labor and parts, and for performing the work in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and applicable codes and regulations.
