Request for Proposals To Provide Consulting Support Services (Convention Sports & Entertainment)

The City of Anaheim is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide professional engineering services for the Anaheim Convention Center. The services required include mechanical engineering, HVAC, retro-commissioning, electrical engineering, structural engineering, plumbing, architectural, elevator systems, and LEED. The consultant will provide support services on an as-needed basis, including preparation of plans and specifications, site investigations, and inspections. The consultant will work under the general supervision of the Anaheim Convention Center or other department representative. • The consultant will be required to provide a proposed level of support along with an estimated cost for each project. • The consultant will be expected to work overtime, weekends, and nights as necessary. • The consultant will be required to provide all necessary tools, equipment, and safety gear. • The consultant will be required to have insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and professional liability. • The consultant will be required to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Anaheim, its officials, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages.
