The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking responses from entities interested in providing services for the Loch Raven VA Medical Center. The project involves replacing an existing boiler in Building 6 with a CSD-1 compliant boiler. The contractor will provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to complete the project. The work must be completed within 30 calendar days from the Notice To Proceed. Key requirements include: • Removing and disposing of the existing Weil McClain Water Tube Boiler • Providing and installing a CSD-1 compliant boiler • Utilizing existing utility lines for tie-ins where possible • Installing a new PVC vent line • Providing warranty and start-up after installation • Complying with local, state, federal, and VA specifications and guidelines
