Description
The US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Real Time Research, LLC for support and maintenance on a proprietary fishery data collection system named UCRP-BORG. The contract will be for a base year plus four option years. The system consists of a centralized cloud-based database, a mobile data collection application, and a secure web-based data management portal. Real Time Research, LLC is the sole source for this contract as they are the developer of the UCRP-BORG system and no other vendors can offer support and maintenance. The contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b).
Key aspects of the job include:
• Maintenance and support of the UCRP-BORG system
• Ensuring FedRAMP compliance
• Collaboration with the USFWS to manage the deployment, support, and maintenance of the production system
• Providing active O&M of the UCRP-BORG system
• Ensuring successful implementation and data management for all partners
