Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) is seeking qualified vendors to provide chemical, microbiological, and radiochemical analytical services for environmental monitoring, sampling, and waste characterization. The work is divided into three contract options: (1) a limited radiological contract requiring NYSDOH ELAP certification, (2) a limited non‑radiological contract also requiring NYSDOH ELAP certification, and (3) a full‑service contract covering all sample types, again requiring NYSDOH ELAP certification. The services will support existing sub‑contracts and will involve handling chain‑of‑custody documentation, sample receipt, analysis, and reporting within specified turnaround times (1‑30 days). Vendors must be able to process a variety of matrices (air, water, soil, waste, etc.) and meet strict regulatory and quality standards.
• Provide chemical, microbiological, and/or radiochemical analysis for environmental and waste samples.
• Must hold New York State Department of Health ELAP certification (radiological or non‑radiological as applicable).
• Follow detailed chain‑of‑custody procedures and submit results per BNL’s reporting requirements.
• Offer turnaround times ranging from 1 to 30 days, with options for rush service.
• Support three contract scopes (limited radiological, limited non‑radiological, full‑service).
