Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) seeks a nationwide vendor to provide pre‑employment screening for law‑enforcement and non‑law‑enforcement applicants. The contractor must operate a network of community‑based clinics or mobile units capable of delivering:
• Comprehensive Screening Package (medical assessment, vision/color vision, hearing, urinalysis drug test, biometric fingerprinting) for law‑enforcement candidates.
• Limited Screening Package (urinalysis and fingerprinting) for non‑law‑enforcement candidates.
• Same‑day results delivery and secure HIPAA‑compliant data handling.
• Coverage within a 50‑mile radius or one‑hour drive of every FBOP facility nationwide.
• Service quantities: 5,000 comprehensive and 5,000 limited packages per performance year, with a base year plus two one‑year options (total up to 3 years).
• Contractor must supply qualified medical personnel, licensed facilities, FBI‑certified fingerprint equipment, and meet extensive security, privacy, and IT standards (FedRAMP, NIST, DISA STIGs).
• Award anticipated October 2026; questions due 9/10/2026; quote due 9/14/2026.
