Fletcher Avenue Street & Utility Extension Project

The City of North Branch is seeking qualified contractors to construct the Northwest Fletcher Avenue Street & Utility Extension Project. The work includes extensive street and utility improvements, excavation, pavement removal, installation of water and sewer lines, curb and gutter construction, and related site work. • Remove approximately 1,800 SY of existing bituminous pavement. • Perform about 18,700 CY of common excavation and 10,200 CY of pond excavation. • Install new sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main pipelines (totaling roughly 13,300 LF of pipe). • Construct new concrete curbs, gutters, and multi‑comp striping (approx. 9,000 LF curb/gutter, 3,000 LF striping). • Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project in‑place, including backfill, paving, and final site cleanup.
