Water Treatment Chemicals

The Brazos River Authority is seeking bids for the provision of water treatment chemicals, specifically Aluminum Sulfate (48-50% concentration), to be delivered to the Hutto Central Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The successful bidder will be required to provide firm pricing for the chemicals and to deliver them within three working days of receipt of an order. The authority encourages the use of recycled products and products that may be recycled or reused. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. • The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The authority may conduct reference checks with other entities regarding the bidder's past performance. • The bidder must maintain insurance coverage as determined acceptable to the authority. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. • The authority may terminate the contract at any time without penalty or liability.
