SHSU Custodial Services

Sam Houston State University is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide complete and comprehensive custodial services in various locations. The services shall conform to the specifications detailed in the RFP. The contract will be for three years with the option to extend for up to four additional one-year terms. The university reserves the right to make one or more awards based on low line item, low total of line items, or any other combination that will serve the best interests of the university. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the required services. • The contractor will be required to submit a pricing proposal that includes all costs associated with the services. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and maintain the minimum insurance policies as specified in the RFP. • The contractor will be required to comply with all university policies and procedures, including those related to background checks, parking, and non-discrimination.
