Description
The California Highway Patrol’s Northern Division Area Office is seeking a DGS‑certified small, micro or disabled‑veteran business to provide comprehensive roof maintenance services for its Redding facility. The work includes annual inspections, cleaning of roofs, gutters, and downspouts, documentation of any deficiencies, and minor repair coordination (repairs must be separately proposed). The contractor must hold a valid California C‑39 Roofing Contractor license, meet all insurance and safety requirements, and be able to start service by July 1 2026.
• Annual fall inspections (Oct‑Nov) with photo documentation and written reports.
• Routine cleaning and minor maintenance; any repairs require separate proposals and are not funded under the base contract.
• Must comply with prevailing‑wage rules, provide required insurance, and pass driver‑license/fingerprint security checks for all personnel.
• Non‑mandatory walk‑through on April 14 2026; questions due by April 30 2026; bid submission deadline May 14 2026.
