The University of California, Davis Medical Center, is seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide design services for the East Wing Tower and Radiology Building Seismic Compliance project. The project involves upgrading the two buildings from their current classification of SPC-2 and NPC-2 to SPC-4D and NPC-4D. The combined construction budget is estimated at $10,000,000. The selected firm will be expected to sign an Executive Design Professional Agreement and provide full basic services for preparation of construction documents and construction administration. • The project requires a qualified architectural firm with experience in SPC and NPC upgrades. • The firm should provide a statement of qualifications, including a description of services provided and a statement of the extent of experience/history providing the services requested. • The firm should provide a list of key team members, including designers of record and project managers, along with their availability for the project. • The firm should provide resumes for all key personnel, showing project management team and project experience on NPC-related projects. • The firm should provide a work plan describing how they propose to organize the work described in the RFQ.
