Description
The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide online access to financial data in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, corporate credit, and natural resource asset classes. The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive market intelligence platform that includes timely, high-quality data, strong data validation, intuitive analytics, and flexible reporting tools. The contract term will be five years from the effective date of the contract.
• The vendor must propose a solution that provides for a pre-established library in the form of a vendor website or portal that allows for access to data per solicitation requirements.
• The vendor must provide fully loaded, firm, fixed prices or hourly rates that are inclusive of all costs of performance.
• The vendor must have experience in undertakings similar in scope and complexity to those indicated in this solicitation.
• The vendor must have a demonstrated understanding of the RFP requirements and the ability to satisfactorily describe the processes/methodologies for delivering services.
