The City of Bismarck is seeking bids for the construction of a water main and related items. The project includes the installation of approximately 475 LF of 16” watermain, flushing and chlorinating 4,300 LF of existing watermain, and related items. The substantial completion date is 10/23/26, and the final completion date is 11/6/26. Bidders must submit their bids electronically using Quest CDN's vBid by 3:00 PM on 12/10/2025. • The project requires the installation of a new water main and related items. • The contractor must upload a copy of their license and bidder’s bond through QuestCDN. • The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal’s bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award. • Digital project documents must be downloaded from www.QuestCDN.com for a $22.00 payment. • An optional paper set of plans and specifications is available for a nonrefundable price of $150.00 per set.
