Description
The San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission is seeking a consultant to produce an updated Bay Adapt Strategy (15‑20 pages) that outlines a 3‑5‑year vision for Bay Adapt, the Joint Platform, and the Implementation Coordinating Group (ICG). The consultant will work closely with a later‑to‑be‑awarded communications‑consultant, attend in‑person ICG meetings, and provide strategic communications recommendations, but will not be responsible for website development or ongoing communications execution. Publicly available work samples are required, and the prime contractor must meet the disabled‑veteran‑owned business criteria if seeking DVBE points.
• Produce a concise, multi‑year Bay Adapt strategy document (15‑20 pages).
• Align strategy recommendations with the forthcoming communications‑consultant plan and attend ICG meetings at the Bay Area Metro Center.
• Provide strategic communications input and design recommendations for any online delivery of Task 5, without performing actual website updates.
• Submit only publicly available work samples; prior consultant (Greenbelt Alliance) may also bid.
