The Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission is soliciting qualification-based proposals for real estate development services associated with the potential acquisition of the land and building located at 87 State Street, Montpelier, VT. The scope of work includes coordinating negotiations with the US General Services Administration, leading due diligence for acquisition of the property, developing an acquisition and "hold" strategy, identifying redevelopment opportunities, and pursuing potential funding sources.
