The EPA Region 10 laboratory is seeking to procure a Biotage® Horizon 3100 Oil & Grease (Automated SPE) Extraction System, or an equal‑valued alternative, to support environmental sample analysis. This RFQ will be posted on the Unison Marketplace website and will solicit vendors capable of delivering, installing, and providing training for the system. The award will enable the laboratory to perform automated solid‑phase extraction for oil and grease testing, improving turnaround time and data quality. • Equipment required: Biotage Horizon 3100 or equivalent “Brand Name or Equal” system. • Scope includes delivery, installation, on‑site training, and warranty support. • Must meet EPA laboratory standards and be compatible with existing analytical workflows.
