Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish a contract for Rhapsody Annual Subscription for six Development Licenses and fifty Communication Points. The Rhapsody software application is used by the National Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NEDSS) to manage incoming lab reports. The selected contractor will be required to provide the Rhapsody Annual Subscription services.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing Rhapsody Annual Subscription for six Development Licenses and fifty Communication Points
• Ensuring the Rhapsody software application is functional and able to manage incoming lab reports
• Transforming lab reports into a format that can be imported into the NEDSS transactional database
• Defining the geographic information for the lab reports
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
