Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a Medication Inventory Tracking, Dispensing, and professional solution for the Pharmacy within the veteran homes to safeguard dispense, track, and have an inventory system for controlled substance monitoring. The solution should include hardware and software that are currently in use to safeguard and manage inventory of controlled substances in the pharmacy, as well as a temperature control option for after-hours dispensing of medications to the nursing staff. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the best value to the State.
• Mandatory minimum requirements include providing documentation to support the proposed solution, such as hardware and software currently in use, and a temperature control option.
• The evaluation process will consider factors such as the statement of work, business specification worksheet, vendor questions worksheet, and pricing.
• The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with options for renewal.
• The State reserves the right to modify or cancel the solicitation at any time.
