FY26_CollegeSource Transfer Evaluation System (TES) - INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB intends to award a sole source contract to CollegeSource, Inc. for a subscription to their Transfer Evaluation System (TES). The system provides a nation-wide college catalog database of current and archived collegiate institution catalogs. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, from 03 December 2025 to 02 December 2030. The place of performance will be Maxwell AFB, Air University. • The CollegeSource TES program features a virtual library of over 177,000 college catalogs, access to over 171 million college course descriptions, search features, and profiles of accredited colleges in the U.S. • The system is mission critical, and CollegeSource, Inc. is the sole provider of this service. • The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. • Respondents who are capable of meeting the requirement are requested to provide information about their company's ability to meet the requirement, including their current capability, company name, point of contact, email address, telephone and fax numbers, type of business and size, Cage Code, and UEI number.
