Marion PD HVAC installation

The Town of Marion is seeking written responses from qualified vendors to furnish, deliver, and install two ductless heat pump systems for a new gym and storage area located in the basement of the Marion Police Station. The system shall include a dehumidifier, energy recovery ventilator, and UV sterilization to support room uses. The selected vendor will be required to supply various certificates prior to the commencement of work. Key tasks include: • Installation of two ductless heat pump systems • System shall include a dehumidifier, energy recovery ventilator, and UV sterilization • ERV and UV Light shall be run in the same ducting • Coring will be required to support running ERV and refrigerant lines • System shall be sized to support the room sizes and uses The Town of Marion expects that the respondent will attend the On-Site meeting to determine the appropriate specifications and sizing of the system and ducting.
