Description
The West Virginia Department of Administration, General Services Division is soliciting bids to establish a contract for the installation of a boiler plant serving the Facility known as One Davis Square Located at 321 Capitol Street, Charleston, WV. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The project includes the demolition of existing equipment and the installation of new boilers, pumps, and other related equipment. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 28, 2026, at 9:00 am. EST.
• Installation of new boilers and related equipment

• Connection to existing pipe distribution
• Provision of a fire watch during hot work
