PM and Services for Tecniplast cage washers in Boise ID

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance, manufacturer updates, and emergency repair services for a Tecniplast cage washer at the Boise VA Medical Center. The contractor must have experience servicing Tecniplast equipment and be able to obtain and install Tecniplast OEM replacement parts. The contract will have a base year and four option years. The contractor will be required to perform twice-yearly service checks, provide repair services, and maintain a record of set-points and actual values for various equipment parameters. • The contractor must provide a service report to the point of contact for each service visit. • The contractor must schedule all visits to the facility with the point of contact and be escorted to the VMU to perform maintenance. • The contractor does not require access to the VA intranet or patient information. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide documentation of experience servicing Tecniplast washers and must be able to procure Tecniplast OEM replacement parts.
